Sunday night blues?

That feeling around 6 or 7pm on a Sunday...
The unease. The tension. The quiet dread.

I used to brush it off as just part of work life.

But the Sunday night blues are often more than a mood.

- A toxic dynamic with a boss or colleague
- Exhaustion creeping in from a lack of boundaries
- A misalignment between your values and your reality

Whatever the reason, itโ€™s worth listening.
Because your body often knows before your brain catches up.
